Tara came from the city of Bradford, in West Yorkshire. As an only child, she learned how to make friends in every situation. Although she became great at being in the room, Tara found she over compensated for loneliness by being the loudest, the funniest, and ultimately searched for the validation of others that she belonged.
As she grew she found that she knew many, but only trusted a few. Her friendship circle was, and still is, very small. Tara created a social persona and began to struggle to keep up appearances. This led to her hiding behind who she really was, and afraid to speak her mind.
Tara’s has worked in fitness, education, festivals, hospitality and coaching all while supporting her three daughters as a single mum, and facing the stress of homelessness.

Tara thought she had finally found her passion. She became a Robbins-Madanes Coach, trained in the Law of Attraction and began studying everything she could about mindset, neuroscience and vibrational energy, which eventually led to her building a coaching business and hosting a podcast that sat in the top 3% globally.
On the outside it looked like she’d made it, but underneath she was struggling to keep her business afloat. After years of battling to survive she made the decision to close it all down. Devastated she took a job back in hospitality, to hide away from entrepreneurship.
It was during this time she and her family had to leave the home they rented, and move in with her parents. Life felt rock bottom.
But the ‘calling’ didn’t die with the business. Tara kept trying to push the thoughts of helping others, of making an impact aside. She felt like she couldn’t go back to coaching, it hadn’t made the difference she was hoping for.
Then, in 2024 her father was diagnosed with lung cancer. One day he was fit and healthy, the next facing weeks of radiotherapy and wasting away. That moment changed her life. She knew she had to start again, life was too short for regrets.
That’s when the Midlife Rebel Queen was born. Tara went back to basics, investing in her business, learning how to build new foundations with mentors who had all the knowledge.
She also invested in her own growth. Working through what she had learned as a coach. Expanding her mindset, nervous system and energetic capacity, which were always seen as 'sub-sections' by the big business names in the industry. And eventually the WISER Method was born.

It's not about motivating or fixing. It's about holding people steady at the threshold of their next level.
Being present and grounded while reality catches up.
Tara is determined to make a difference in the world. And the ripple effect entrepreneurs have through their heart-led work touches every corner.
,Her clients don’t fit neatly into forms. They use she/her, he/him, they/them, or no labels at all. It doesn't matter if they are cis, trans, non-binary, fluid, queer, her clients always lead with their heart, even when it makes life messier.
The bigger the impact made together the less racism and discrimination the world will see, and that's where the impact happens.
Because the more entrepreneurs that rise up, the more the world changes. For the better.
And Tara believes it's the leaders, even when they don't feel ready that bring the change that's needed.
You don’t need to rush, that's driven by panic.
You don’t need to decide, that's formed by logic.
You need to feel.
The body knows before the mind.
That feeling that you are here to do more, isn't a fantasy, it is your soul giving you clarity.
Tara's work is about coming home to who you really are and embracing what you are here to do.
Becoming the leader who changes lives.

Tara is goal driven, enthusiastic and fun to work with. She will take your wants and desires to new heights.
I now list myself all the positives. It's a matter of perspective, my choice to be deeply sad or to enjoy the little things.
I feel a lot more able to do anything and everything. When we talk about goals and the future, you really emphasise the point of being specific on what I want and how to get it.
