HELLO LOVELY!
Hi I'm Tara
— but around here, I’m known as The Midlife Rebel Queen.
It's my mission to help midlife women wake the hell up from lives that no longer fit — and build something wildly aligned instead. A business. A movement. A legacy that’s bold, brave, and bursting with soul.
Because let’s be honest:
We were raised to be good girls (what will the neighbours think?), people-pleasers, perfectionists, and any fierceness we had inside was quickly put out, in side eyes and tuts.
And now the grey hairs, hot flushes, menobellies and metabolisms (that no longer seem to work) have taken over and we feel numb, kind of like a spare part.
But living on autopilot is not for us!
We are here to build something sacred:

How it all started...
Spoiler alert: It wasn’t pretty — but it was powerful.
There wasn’t one big dramatic moment. No midlife crisis with fireworks. I just felt numb, (and no, wine and NetFlix are not the answer!). Nothing excited me!
And all I heard inside was “Is this really it?”
So, I started to explore what I really loved, what made me feel alive. And it was people. Motivating, inspiring, supporting.
So, I became a Robbins-Madanes Coach, trained in the Law of Attraction and read every book on mindset, neuroscience (retraining the brain to work for you) and built a mission-led business helping women like you come alive again — from the inside out.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m here to walk with you, rebel sister.
Through the numbness, through the fire, and into the bold, beautiful life that’s been waiting for you all along.

I now list myself all the positives. It's a matter of perspective, my choice to be deeply sad or to enjoy the little things.
I feel a lot more able to do anything and everything. When we talk about goals and the future, you really emphasise the point of being specific on what I want and how to get it.

I’m a Robbins-Madanes trained coach and certified Law of Attraction practitioner — so yes, we’ll be rewiring your mindset and raising your vibration.
I used to host a global podcast, Happy Inspired Motivated, that ranked in the top 3% worldwide — because apparently the world needed a dose of my rebel joy.
I lived in Greece for 12 years, speak Greek fluently, and will always say yes to feta, olives, and breaking a few plates.
I’m a mum to three grown daughters who keep me humble, grounded, and occasionally wondering where all my hairbrushes have gone.
I’m slightly obsessed with trees and plants — they’re my green therapy and daily reminder to stay rooted and reach for the light.
I’ve got a wicked sense of humour, a voice that’s always singing something, and I can’t help but dance if the right tune hits (and sometimes even if it doesn’t)
In another life, I’d have hosted a food and travel show — eating, laughing and storytelling my way around the world. (Hey, it’s not too late…)
I believe in the sacredness of all beings — every soul deserves respect, dignity, and a seat at the table.
I loathe bullies, can’t stand being controlled, and will always stand up for the underdog — because freedom and kindness are non-negotiables in my Queendom
Every person that enters my world will be respected and love regardless of gender, ethnicity or sexuality. We are all connected.
